The Handle is mounted on screw. Before operating the vice confirm that Green colour on screw is out side the spindle.
Move the screw bush to engage spindle teeth, then start rotating the handle, when the spindle will start rotating and sliding Jaw will start moving towards work piece. The sliding jaw after touching the work piece will stop moving. Then apply a small force on the handle which is a initial force on the work piece.
To give Hydraulic pressure move the screw Bush back where it will engage the key fitted on the screw and start rotaining clock wise to develop the Hydraulic force on the work piece.
At Green the Hydraulic force will be Nil.
At Blue the Hydraulic force will be half the rated force.
At Red the Hydraulic force will be full the rated force.
